We offer free shipping on all retail-priced items domestically.

Wholesale and drop-shipping orders: shipping charge will be calculated at checkout, based on your delivery location.

International Shipping

For retail-priced items, we will dispatch your order from our US warehouse; there is a flat rate of $26.50 for international shipping.

We ship our orders via USPS.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to be very fast with getting orders out to customers. Typically we ship orders out within 48 hours (Mon-Fri). Often times we can ship orders out the same day as the order is made.

Can you ship internationally?

We can certainly ship internationally; we have sent Gaucho Goods orders all over the world (Australia, England, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Spain, France, Switzerland, Hong Kong, New Zealand to name a few). We charge a flat $26.50 rate for international shipping for retail-priced orders.

Do you offer bulk order discount rates?

If you are a wholesaler, you can register for a wholesale account on the footer of our website. Simply fill in the form and one of our team will be in touch with you. If you are a retail customer we do offer special deals on matching collar & leash combinations. If you are ordering over 5 units and are not a wholesaler feel free to reach out to us via email and we might be able to get a discount on your order – no promises though.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped you will received a USPS tracking number. If you go to USPS’s website, you can enter this number and see where your order is.

What are your payment options?

Our payment gateway is Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to make an order). Paypal accepts all major credit and debit cards. If you are having difficulty feel free to email us at to get more assistance.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We are very happy to exchange any orders. Just drop us an email with your request and/or a tracking # for the item you are sending back to us to exchange. If for some reason you would like to return your order we have a no questions asked return policy for 30 days from making your order. Just send us an email with your return request and one of our team will process your return. We operate on good faith that items have not been worn or used

Is it okay if the leather collar gets wet?

Yes, our leather collars are fine to get wet, they are very durable. Doggo can get the collar wet, muddy, soaking, dirty, sandy; you name it. That being said, your collar will last better if it is not constantly soaked. The collar will of course get more worn over time, but it will still look great and the design won’t lose its color.

What do I do if the leather collar gets soaking wet?

Don’t panic, the collar is fine to get wet. Simply take the collar off your dog once you are back home and wipe it down with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. You can then dry it off with a towl and leave it to dry. We do not recommend putting the collar on a heating appliance or radiator as this will most likely shrink the collar.

Why does my dog’s leather dog collar have darker shades or discoloration?

Over time your leather dog collar will become more worn. Leather is an extremely durable material, however it will change color and soften over time. Your dog is going to take their collar all sorts of wet, muddy and dirty places. Our collars are built to be durable and survive being outdoors, however the color will naturally darken (sometimes lighten) over time.
